Klaus and his team turned our house into a dream home we waited 17 years for! When we bought the house, I knew kitchen would be renovated someday. We moved in, got married, had 2 kids and managed busy jobs. Before we knew it 17 years flew by. While painful at times longing for that upgrade, on the positive side, we had plenty time to live and break just about everything in it with a growing family to know just what we wanted by the end. We had time to think, imagine, consult, re-think features, functions and form over the period where styles and trends came and went.
When my husband retired and time had finally come, he went on the hunt to find the most important person/company for this entire project. We knew we wanted someone who was not only meticulously dedicated to the highest quality but help us design in 3D, re-imagine a completely different dining room, educate us on the selection choices of materials and colors, recommend trends and options, all the while being true to his/her word with integrity in every way. Klaus and his son Chris were all that and more. From day 1 of our meeting to the day they packed up their trucks and drove away, there was not a one single unpleasant word exchanged between us. Is that even possible??? But lucky for us it's true.
Our project included gutting the kitchen, moving walls, breaking exterior wall for a larger window, relocating gas and plumbing and installing new everything including custom made cabinets and appliances. And that's only half of it. We added a one of-a-kind wall design in the dining room, a functioning bench, custom dining tables, and built-in wall unit of storage, counter top and glass-door hutch unit all the while replacing the flooring throughout the entire house. So, not a small project. To know that this was accomplished with the level of quality, care and attention to detail exceeded our expectations of the highest standards.
They are prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, utmost experts... uncompromisingly dedicated to their word and quality. But beyond mastery in their craft, they are genuinely the warmest people. We would recommend Klaus and his company to those who are looking to bring their dream home to reality.
